How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

You can update your shipping address before your order is shipped by ensuring all details, including apartment/suite/room numbers, are complete and correct. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed, and the order cannot be canceled.

How do I change/modify my order?

Modifications to your order (size, color, shipping address, etc.) can be made before shipment. After shipping, changes are not possible.

How do I track my orders?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. You can also contact us directly for your tracking number.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel a paid order, contact us with all necessary information. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Why didn't I get an email about my order being shipped?

Check your email address for accuracy and your spam folder. If you haven't received a shipment email within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery

Why is the tracking number not working?

Tracking updates may take 3-7 days after shipment due to transit processes. Please be patient for updates.

Why hasn't my shipping information been updated?

Shipping information may take some time to update. Delays can occur with the shipping company's updates.

Why was my order shipped separately?

Orders are shipped as soon as possible from different warehouses based on stock, leading to separate shipments.

Why was my package returned?

Packages can be returned for reasons such as incorrect address, invalid phone number, or delivery issues. Please contact the shipping company or us for assistance.

Do I need to be at my shipping address when my package is delivered?

Some packages require a signature. Contact the shipping company with your tracking number for details. If you miss the delivery, arrange a redelivery or pickup with the shipping company.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days after the delivery date, excluding shipping fees. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

I still haven't gotten the refund in card. What is the status of my refund?

Refunds to credit cards may take 14-30 days due to bank processing times. Contact your bank for detailed information. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Will I get a full refund for my return?

A full refund will be issued for returned items, excluding return shipping fees and non-returnable items.

Why am I being asked to authorize my order?

Orders may be held for authorization by our fraud prevention team to protect against unwanted billings. Orders not authorized within one week may be canceled.
